Professional Phone Repair
A man in Queensland has been recovering a damaged iPhone from a repair shop he bought after it was stolen.
The owner of the phone, known only as Jack, had been out in his backyard playing with it, when he heard the sound of a dog barking.
He told his neighbours the noise was a burglar alarm and they called police.
They arrived and Jack was taken to hospital, where he was treated for a fractured jaw, a broken nose and minor bruising.
“It’s definitely a bit of a shock, it’s just the first time I’ve ever been in the medical field,” Mr Jack said.
“We’re talking about a phone that’s been in a store and stolen.”
The phone’s owner has been charged with burglary and will appear in the Brisbane Magistrates Court on November 1.
